This 70,000 square foot project will house a variety of retail and professional businesses.

Businesses currently being integrated into the design include a 9,000 square foot athletic club, a daycare for dogs, a French bakery, and several health-related businesses.

The buildings have underground parking and all the spaces are designed to take advantage of southern views to Port Susan or eastern views toward the Cascade Mountains.
