The Windermere Office is an 8,000 SF building, which houses the Stanwood office of Windermere Realty and also includes additional leaseable space.
The rooflines and building volumes are drawn from vernacular architecture and the material pallet of concrete block and metal siding provides a durable low maintenance building while also providing an aesthetically pleasing composition.
