Several years ago the historic Lighthouse Christian Fellowship Church building in Stanwood was destroyed by fire. The church then purchased a steel structure to house their replacement facility. Designs Northwest Architects worked with the church to develop the interior spaces to meet their operational needs and the exterior to interface with the residential neighborhood. The finished design is a 4,800 square foot, two-story facility that includes a 200+ seat sanctuary, prayer/ bridal room, fellowship/ multipurpose room, kitchen, nursery, classrooms, and offices. Due to funding constraints, DNW worked with the church to develop phased construction of the building to pursue early occupancy.
