Designs Northwest Architects redesigned a key pedestrian thoroughfare connecting Colby Avenue to Everpark, a parking garage owned by the City. The project Included developing an entry portal and lighting. As well as areas for displaying sculpture. Working with local artists, DNW was commissioned to design the signature stainless steel sail sculpture, located to the north of the arcade.
