Camano Senior Center

With the look and feel of a rustic lodge, yet meeting the needs of today’s standards for services and technology, the Camano Senior and Community Center is designed to fit the character of Camano Island.
A porte cochere is placed at the entry to allow for a covered bus drop-off. The lobby is anchored by a large masonry fireplace and has a ridge skylight to bring in large amounts of natural light.
A multipurpose room is located just beyond and takes advantage of views of the forest.
The facility serves as a focal point for Camano Island's community activities, community meetings, art shows, and festivals.
