Elger Bay Village
Camano Island, Washington
This conceptual master plan was developed by Designs Northwest Architects to revitalize an existing gas station, café, and grocery store on Camano Island.
Project components included existing gas pumps to remain; a new café with outdoor dining; pizzeria / pub with roof garden and lower level courtyard; retail space with 2 upstairs apartments; new grocery store; and 24 single family town homes. This project also incorporated pedestrian features such as a boardwalk, landscape garden for dining, several gathering places, and a playground.
