Designs Northwest Architects is providing master planning and schematic design services for 15 acres located in a Planned Business District (PBD) within the City of Lake Stevens.

The Monte Cristo Marketplace is a pedestrian village, which includes +/- 20 town homes, several mixed use buildings (retail at ground floor, residential flats at 2-4th floors above), a movie theatre, library, and day care facility.

Pedestrian features of this project include a park, performance stage, water feature, art display / sculpture garden and connection to the “Centennial Trail.”
