Designs Northwest Architects prepared two conceptual master plan options for 50 acres located on Camano Island.
The Rural Forest option included five 10-acre building sites for custom single family residences, stables/ barn/ pastures at each building site, private riding trails, private tennis courts and access to an existing public trail system.
The Planned Residential Development (PRD) option included ten .80-acre single family residence building sites, an equestrian facility, community clubhouse, covered bridge over a stream, private riding and walking trails, and connection to an existing public trail system.
