Designs Northwest Architects is currently working with Higa Burkholder & Associates and Suzanne Britsch of NewHomeTrends, to develop a master subdivision plan for 43-acres on Camano Island.
The site includes 72 lots with 84 dwelling units, including duplexes, triplexes and a four-plex.
The plat is designed to maximize views for each single-family residence, while maintaining as much existing vegetation as possible.
