Designs Northwest Architects is working with Windermere Services to develop a phased master plan of an entire block in the Windermere neighborhood of Seattle.

The development of this site will include a new expansion for the original Windermere Real Estate Company, new facilities for the Windermere Services Company (Windermere Headquarters), retail spaces, and possibly multi-family residential or condominium units.

Emphasis is placed on the enhancement of the existing pedestrian environment, through the provision of plazas and courtyards.
