Born and raised in Snohomish County, Lee graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Science Landscape Architecture. During his time at WSU, Lee studied abroad in Macerata, Italy to incorporate both classic and Italianesque design into his skills. Lee is a Professional Landscape Architect (PLA) licensed in the State of Washington.

For over 25 years, Lee owned and operated a design-build landscape construction and maintenance company. With his design background and project management skills, Lee has seamlessly made the transition to architectural design. While at Designs Northwest Architects, his approach to design is to make the architecture of his projects work in harmony with the natural landscape. Lee carefully listens to clients’ needs and assesses the build site to develop a creative design solution utilizing his experience as both a designer and a contractor.
