William graduated with honors from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture. He has over twenty years' experience designing residential, commercial and institutional projects in both Washington and California. He is actively engaged with the community via his membership in the Island County Planning Commission. William's certification in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) has enabled him to provide insight on multiple projects that benefit his clients health-wise while reducing energy consumption.
